ドックとフォルダが黒くなる条件が、iOS 10.2に比べて若干緩和されました。他に変更点はないようです
The conditions necessary for blackening of Dock and folders became somewhat loose compared to iOS 10.2. It seems there are no other changes.
ホーム画面で視差効果が固まることがあります。画面を切り替えるか、ドックにあるものを除いたフォルダを開いて閉じるなどすると解決するようです。
