なぜ？
iOS（8以降）で小さな壁紙を使うとドックとフォルダは周囲の色に強く影響されます。この壁紙はiOS 10.2以降の4インチiPhoneで背景とフォルダが同色になるように、サイズと表示範囲外の色を調節しました。
背景がある程度濃くなると文字にぼかしの入った縁が付いてフォルダにかかるため、今回は明るめの色だけを揃えました（もっと暗くなれば縁は付きませんが、10.2のフォルダはそこまで暗くなりません）。
iPhone SEでは4インチ用が機能せず、4.7インチ用が使えるみたいです（Plus用も使えるそうですが、4.7インチ用の方が色がより正確です）。@myotanosukeさんに教えていただきました。彼女（？）の実験精神に感謝です。

Why?
If using small wallpaper with iOS (8 or later) Dock and folders are strongly influenced by surrounding colors. These wallpapers have adjusted the size and color outside the display range, so that the background and folders are the same color on the 4 inch iPhone iOS 10.2 and later.
If the background becomes darker to some extent, the characters overlap the folder with blurring. For that reason, I have just the bright colors this time (if the background is very dark it will not overlap, but the 10.2 folder will not get dark).
