アニメーションや傾きによる視覚効果を大幅に減らす設定です。
オンにするとそれらを前提にした壁紙は機能しなくなります。

It’s a setting that greatly reduces animations and tilt-based visual effects.
When turned on, wallpapers designed with those in mind will no longer work.
Two ways to set it up:
① From the Settings app — good if you only change it once.
② From Control Center — add a toggle for quick switching if you do it often.
