今更ながらホーム画面の壁紙のぼかしと「透明度を下げる」の関係に気がつきました。
両方オンだとほとんどの壁紙が全面的にぼかされるようになっています。上の2つは同じデフォルト壁紙でぼかしオン。右が透明度を下げた画面です。

I’ve just realized the relationship between the Home Screen blur and Reduce Transparency.
When both are turned on, most wallpapers become entirely blurred. The two images above use the same default wallpaper with Blur enabled — the one on the right has Reduce Transparency turned on.
