壁紙関係の仕様変更は特にないようです。

iOS 9?追記
白文字の時にドックに付いていた白線と薄い影が廃止されていたようです。これにより「境界のない壁紙」の「壁紙感のない壁紙」はドックも完全に見えなくなります。
訂正
iPhone 6 Plusでは消えていますがiPhone 5では残っていました。
