iOS 11 追記 2

iPadではドック、フォルダ、背景の明暗が極端にばらばらになっていました。ドックも背景もかなり暗くなりやすくなっていると思います。そしておそらく両方とも明るくなるような壁紙はなく、iPadで暗くならない壁紙はほとんどないかもしれません。

On the iPad the brightness of the dock, folders, background was extremely different. I think that the Dock and the background are becoming quite dark easily. And perhaps, there is no wallpaper that will both be bright. There may be very few wallpapers that will not get darkened on the iOS 11 iPad.

ドックが低くなりました。ドックのアイコンラベルは隠れます。
アイコンラベルの最大表示文字数が10文字から14文字に増えました（4・4.7インチiPhoneの場合）。
スマート反転が追加されました。
壁紙を設定した瞬間などにシャットダウンしやすくなりました（一定回数壁紙を設定すると写真アプリが落ちるバグは修正されました）。
アプリのフォルダ内移動が難しくなったように感じます。
デフォルト壁紙が追加・変更されました。
言語によってはアイコンラベルの文字が太くなっています。英文フォントは変わっていませんが日本語フォントは太くなっています。
Plus iPhoneが正方形の壁紙をサポートしました。
iPadが再び正方形の壁紙をサポートしました。
Plus iPhoneのアイコンとラベルの間隔が広くなりました。
小さな壁紙を暗い壁紙として扱う仕様が廃止されました。それに伴いサイズを原因とする異常もすべて修正されています。
しかし小さな壁紙は設定できないことがあります。設定できるかどうかは壁紙の横幅によります。
小さな壁紙のグラデーションはホーム画面でステップ状に表示されることがあります。壁紙の色と高さによります。
圧縮されたPNG画像を壁紙に設定するとホーム画面で背景がモノクロになることがあります。

The Dock is lower. Icon labels on the Dock hide
Character blur is weak.
The maximum number of display characters of the icon label is from 10 characters to 14 characters (in case of 4/4.7 inch iPhone).
Smart Invert is added.
It is easy to shut down at the moment of setting the wallpaper, etc. (The bug that Photos shuts down when setting wallpaper a certain number of times was fixed).
It seems that moving the application within the folder became difficult.
Default wallpapers is added/missed.
Depending on the language, the character of the icon label may be thicker. English font has not changed. but Japanese font is thick.
Plus iPhone supports square wallpaper.
The iPad again supports square wallpaper.
The space of the Plus iPhone icon and label has become wider.
Specification to treat small wallpaper as dark wallpaper was abolished. Along with that, glitches caused by size are all corrected as well.
However sometimes you can not set small wallpaper. Whether you can set it depends on the width of the wallpaper.
Sometimes a gradation of a small wallpaper is displayed stepwise on the home screen. It depends on the color and height of the wallpaper.
If you set the compressed PNG image as wallpaper, the background may be monochrome on the home screen.
