iOS 13.2 追記
Touch ID iPhoneでのバグを発見しました。ピンチイン（つまむように画像を縮小）で壁紙を設定するとステータスバーにグレーの帯が発生することがあります。Face ID iPhoneの変形とはまた違いますが、ピンチインが禁忌という点では同じです。変な統一です。
​対応は容易です。画面ぴったりに表示する壁紙を設定する方法がFace ID iPhoneと同じになります。

​I found a bug in Touch ID iPhone. If you set a wallpaper with pinch-in (shrink the image to pinch), a gray band may appear in the status bar. It is different from the Face ID iPhone variant, but it is the same in terms of contraindications for pinch-in. It’s a strange unity. Correspondence is easy. The way to set the wallpaper to display exactly on the screen is the same as Face ID iPhone.

​Face ID iPhoneの表示位置に変更があります。iOS 13からの方向性としてAppleはホーム画面の複雑さと断片化を解消しようとしているように見えます。ただ13.0ベータでの変わったり戻ったりを考えると、13.0/13.1では間に合わずに一部を後回しにしたのかもしれません。そのさらに一部がiOS 13.2で来た感じです。

​Face ID iPhone display position has been changed.  As a trend from iOS 13, Apple appears to be trying to remove the complexity and fragmentation of Home Screen.  However, considering the change or return in 13.0 betas, it may not have been in time at 13.0 and some may have been postponed.  It seems that some of them came with iOS 13.2.

​デフォルト設定（何も操作しないときの設定）が変更されました。
これまでは初期状態で視差効果はオフでしたが、それがオンに変わりました。これに伴い13.0/13.1にあった視差効果アイコンとの不一致は解消されています。
「視差効果を減らす」をオンにしたときに壁紙が縦長になる現象はなくなっています。ただしピンチインで長くなる現象は相変わらずです。
上に偏っていた表示位置は上下中央に移動しました。これは以前のiOSで視差効果をオンにした場合と同じです。
要約するとFace ID特有の最初のステップが省略された形です。Touch IDモデルとだいたい統一されています。
当サイトの過去のFace ID iPhone専用壁紙は新たに設定できなくなります。アップデートしただけでは変化はないはずです。

透明な画像を設定した場合の背景
iPhoneでは透過画像を壁紙にすることもできますがもちろん透けることはありません。従来は透けた部分は黒くなっていました。iOS 13.2ではこれが白に変わっています。

iOS 7以来のバグの修正
ホーム画面とロック画面に似た壁紙を設定すると両方ともロック画面の壁紙になってしまうバグがようやく修正されました。

修正された？
iPhoneのアイコンは傾きに合わせて若干動きます。手前に傾けると下がってくるので、おそらく手の動きに合わせて指が届きやすくなるように設計されています。
以前のiOSではこれが停止するバグが頻発していました。戻すには再起動が必要です。
徐々に発生頻度は減ってきていましたが、iOS 13.2で完全に修正された可能性があります。少なくとも長期間の観察が必要なくらいには減っています。

保留？
「透明度を下げる」については今回も結局変更されませんでしたが、どうやら複数のテストバージョンが存在します。次はこれが来るかもしれませんね。

Face ID iPhone display position
The default setting (the setting when no operation is performed) has been changed.
Previously, Perspective Zoom was off in the initial state, but it turned on.  As a result, the discrepancy with the Perspective Zoom icon in 13.0/13.1 has been resolved.
When Reduce Motion is turned on, the wallpaper is no longer elongated vertically.  However, the phenomenon that becomes longer with pinch-in is still the same.
The display position biased upward has moved to the center of the top and bottom.  This is the same as turning on Perspective Zoom in previous iOS.
In summary, the first step specific to Face ID is omitted.  It is generally unified with the Touch ID model.
Past Face ID iPhone wallpapers on this site can no longer be set. There should be no change just by updating.

Background when a transparent image is set
On iPhone, you can also use transparent images as wallpaper, but of course it will not show through.  Previously, the transparent part was black.  This turns white in iOS 13.2.

The bug has been fixed since iOS 7
Finally, fixed a bug where setting wallpapers similar to the Home Screen and Lock Screen would both become Lock Screen wallpaper.

Fixed?
The iPhone icons move slightly according to the tilt. It's designed to make it easier for your fingers to reach the hand as it moves down as you lean forward.
In previous iOS, there were frequent bugs that stopped this. A reboot was required to return.
Although the frequency of occurrence gradually decreased, it may have been completely fixed in iOS 13.2. At least, it has been reduced to require long-term observation.

On hold?
Reduce Transparency was not changed in the end, but apparently there are multiple test versions.  This may come next?​
